Agreement Between the Customer and Dubai One Travel & Tourism
- We respect the privacy of our clients and do not share personal data with third parties except for the purpose of booking execution (airlines, suppliers).
- All client information is stored on secure servers in compliance with UAE data protection laws.
- Clients may request modification or deletion of their data by contacting us at info@dubaionetravel.com.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Refund and cancellation terms are defined by the respective airline, supplier and are fully applicable to the client.
- Certain tickets and services are strictly non-refundable.
- Any administrative fees or penalties imposed by the supplier are borne entirely by the client.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method and may take 15–30 business days depending on supplier policy.
- Dubai One Travel shall not be held liable for delays or rejections of refunds from suppliers.
