الاتفاق بين العميل ودبي ون للسفر والسياحة
- نحترم خصوصية عملائنا، ولا نشارك أي بيانات شخصية مع أطراف ثالثة إلا في حدود تنفيذ الحجز (شركات طيران، فنادق، موردين).
- جميع البيانات مخزنة على خوادم آمنة وفق قوانين حماية البيانات في دولة الإمارات.
- يحق للعميل طلب تعديل أو حذف بياناته عبر التواصل معنا على. info@dubaionetravel.com
سياسة الإلغاء والاسترجاع
- شروط الإلغاء والاسترجاع تحددها شركة الطيران /المورد، وتطبق بالكامل على العميل.
- بعض التذاكر والخدمات غير قابلة للاسترجاع.
- - في حال وجود رسوم إدارية أو غرامات من المورد، يتحملها العميل بالكامل.
- تتعهد بضمان دقة المعلومات المقدمة من قبلك أو من ممثليك.
- الاسترجاع (إن وُجد) يتم عبر نفس وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة، وقد يستغرق 15–30 يوم عمل حسب سياسة المورد.
- شركة دبي ون للسفر والسياحة غير مسؤولة عن أي تأخير أو رفض استرجاع صادر من المورد.

Agreement Between the Customer and Dubai One Travel & Tourism
- • We respect the privacy of our clients and do not share personal data with third parties except for the purpose of booking execution (airlines, suppliers).
- • All client information is stored on secure servers in compliance with UAE data protection laws.
- • Clients may request modification or deletion of their data by contacting us at info@dubaionetravel.com.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Refund and cancellation terms are defined by the respective airline, supplier and are fully applicable to the client.
- Certain tickets and services are strictly non-refundable.
- Any administrative fees or penalties imposed by the supplier are borne entirely by the client.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method and may take 15–30 business days depending on supplier policy.
- Dubai One Travel shall not be held liable for delays or rejections of refunds from suppliers.
